4. Shipping and Returns

4.1. Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on select items, with the shipping method determined at our discretion.

4.2. Delivery: While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by shipping carriers or customs are beyond our control. Cosmic Moon Crystals is not liable for such delays.

4.3. All Sales Are Final — With a Few Galactic Exceptions

We do not accept general returns or exchanges. Once your crystals leave our orbit, they’re officially part of your cosmic journey.  But… we know the universe has its quirky moments.

If your order arrives with any of the following issues within 7 days of delivery, please contact us so we can do our best to make it right:

Damage during transport

The wrong item was sent

A rare, unexpected defect in handmade jewelry (weird stuff happens — blame Mercury)

Please email info@cosmicmooncrystals.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review each situation with care and stardust.
