No. All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason other than items that arrive damaged during shipping.

This policy applies to all items, including crystals, natural stones, jewelry, carvings, kits, bundles, and handmade items.

❓ Why are all sales final?

Our products are:

  • Natural and one-of-a-kind
  • Hand-selected or handcrafted
  • Energetically cleared and prepared

Once an item leaves our care, it cannot be resold as new. For these reasons, all sales are final.

❓ What are considered natural crystal characteristics?

Crystals are naturally formed over thousands to millions of years through heat, pressure, and mineral growth. Natural characteristics are expected and are not considered damage or defects.

These may include:

  • Natural fissures, internal fractures, stress lines, or veining
  • Inclusions, mineral threads, clouds, banding, or color zoning
  • Pitting, divots, grooves, or growth cavities
  • Rough or uneven edges, including areas left intentionally raw
  • Rough, matte, or unevenly polished areas
  • Texture variations where the stone resisted polishing
  • Minor chips or edge wear, especially on points, carvings, and raw areas

These features are signs of authenticity and natural formation.

❓ Are cracks, fissures, or veins considered damage?

No.

Natural fissures, cracks, and veining form during a crystal’s growth and geological movement. These are stable internal features and not breaks caused by damage.

❓ Can I return jewelry if it doesn’t fit or I change my mind?

No.

Due to hygiene, wear, and energetic considerations, all jewelry sales are final. Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.

❓ What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)

Approved claims may receive a replacement (if available) or a refund, at the seller’s discretion.
