From tiny crystal cuties to statement pieces with their own gravitational pull, every order is packed according to what it needs to travel safely and arrive ready to sparkle.

🌙 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. During sales, launches, holidays, or especially busy cosmic events, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

🚚 Shipping Methods, Rates & Carriers

Available shipping options may include:

• Flat-rate shipping

• Free shipping for qualifying orders

• Calculated shipping for select products

• Additional shipping charges for heavy, oversized, or specialty items

Cosmic Moon Crystals reserves the right to select or change the shipping carrier or service when needed to provide the safest, most reliable, or most efficient delivery option. Occasionally, your package may take a different route through the shipping galaxy than originally expected.

📦 Free Shipping & Heavy Item Exceptions

Free shipping may be available when your order reaches the qualifying purchase amount or during special promotions.

However, some heavy, oversized, fragile, or specialty items may:

• Be excluded from free shipping

• Require an additional shipping charge

• Ship separately from the rest of your order

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout whenever possible.

Some crystals arrive with delicate sparkle. Others arrive with the gravitational pull of a small moon. The heavier the treasure, the more muscle it may need to reach you safely.

🌍 How Shipping Rates Are Calculated

Shipping rates may be based on:

• The specific items included in your order

Certain heavy, oversized, or specialty pieces may not qualify for standard flat-rate or free shipping.

All shipping charges are shown at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

📬 Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided after your shipping label is created.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking activity to appear. Sometimes the carrier has your package before its tracking page decides to wake up and participate.

⏳ Transit Times & Carrier Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is outside our direct control. Cosmic Moon Crystals is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier disruptions

• Severe weather

• Holiday shipping volume

• Customs processing

• Transportation delays

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

We will always provide the tracking information available to us, but sadly, we do not control delivery trucks, weather systems, customs officials, or Mercury retrograde.

🏠 Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Cosmic Moon Crystals is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

If you notice an address error before your order ships, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

📦 Packages Marked Delivered

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please:

• Check around all doors, porches, garages, mail areas, and secure delivery locations

• Ask household members or neighbors

• Allow 24 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before arrival

• Contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery details

Cosmic Moon Crystals is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked delivered.

💥 Damaged Items

We carefully package every order, but occasionally the shipping universe gets a little too enthusiastic.

If your item arrives damaged during transit or has a true structural defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the interior packaging

• Photos of the outside shipping box

• A photo of the shipping label, when requested

Please keep the item and all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Approved resolutions may include:

• A replacement, when available

• A refund to the original payment method when replacement is not possible

• Another appropriate resolution determined after review

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🛑 What Is Not Considered Shipping Damage

Crystals and hand-carved items are created by nature and shaped by real humans, not manufactured by flawless little factory robots.

The following are generally not considered damage or defects:

• Natural inclusions

• Mineral deposits

• Internal fractures or fissures

• Pitting or druzy pockets

• Rough or unpolished areas

• Color variations

• Veining or banding

• Small carving marks

• Minor asymmetry

• Polishing lines

• Natural edges or tiny surface imperfections

Items damaged through misuse, dropping, improper care, wear, or handling after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be approved.

By placing an order with Cosmic Moon Crystals, you acknowledge that:

• Processing and shipping transit times are separate

• Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees

• Shipping may be flat-rate, free, or calculated depending on the order

• Heavy, oversized, fragile, or specialty pieces may require additional shipping charges

• Shipping carriers or services may be changed when necessary

• Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped

• Natural crystal characteristics are not considered damage

• Damage claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
