Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

  • Additional shipping charges for heavy or oversized items

Shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout when applicable.

The seller reserves the right to select or change shipping carriers and services at any time, including upgrades or substitutions, to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

📦 Free Shipping & Heavy Item Exceptions

Free shipping may be offered based on order total thresholds or promotional periods.

However, heavy, oversized, or specialty items may:

  • Be excluded from free shipping

  • Require an additional shipping charge

  • Ship separately from the rest of the order

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

🌍 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates may be determined in one of the following ways:

  • Flat-rate shipping for orders under a specified order total

  • Free shipping for qualifying orders that meet designated order total thresholds

  • Calculated shipping based on the specific items in your order

Shipping costs are calculated using the following factors:

Certain items, including heavy, oversized, or specialty pieces, may be excluded from flat-rate or free shipping and may require calculated or additional shipping charges.

All applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.

📬 Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to populate after label creation.

⏳ Transit Times & Carrier Delays

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery times are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

🏠 Address Accuracy & Lost Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to address errors

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.

💥 Damaged Items Policy

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a true structural defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, the resolution will be determined at the seller’s discretion and may include:

  • Replacement of the item (if available), or

  • Refund to the original payment method if replacement is not possible

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

🛑 Important Notes

  • Minor chips, pitting, rough areas, and natural crystal characteristics are not considered damage

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or handling after delivery are not eligible

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be approved

🌙 Final Shipping Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Shipping may be flat-rate, free based on order total, or calculated depending on the item

  • Heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges

  • Shipping carriers and services may change at the seller’s discretion

  • Transit times are estimates, not guarantees

  • All sales are final once shipped
