Crystals are ancient, one of a kind, and occasionally a little dramatic.

Because our pieces are natural, individually selected, limited, and often completely unique, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a true structural defect that was not shown or described before purchase.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for changes of mind, sizing preferences, color preferences, or because your crystal arrived with more personality than expected.

This policy applies to:

• Crystals and natural stones

• Towers, spheres, hearts, skulls, carvings, freeforms, and specimens

• Jewelry and keychains

• Kits, bundles, and metaphysical tools

• Sale, clearance, and promotional items

Please review all photos, videos, measurements, weights, materials, and descriptions carefully before checking out.

When a listing allows you to choose a numbered piece, you will receive the exact item selected. No crystal switcheroos. No mysterious understudies.

For intuitively selected or assorted items, you will receive a piece that matches the listed material, approximate size, quality, and overall style shown.

💎 Natural Crystals Are Not Factory Perfect

Crystals are made by heat, pressure, minerals, geological movement, and a truly unreasonable amount of time.

They are not poured into molds, polished by tiny perfection robots, or designed to look exactly like their neighbors.

Natural and hand-finished characteristics may include:

🌑 Pitting & Mineral Pockets

Small pinholes, indentations, druzy pockets, tiny cavities, or areas where minerals formed, shifted, or decided to leave behind a little geological souvenir.

🪨 Rough or Uneven Areas

Raw edges, natural openings, exposed matrix, uneven surfaces, or areas intentionally left unpolished.

Some crystals are smooth little show-offs. Others keep a little wilderness.

✨ Polish Variations

Matte areas, polishing lines, slight waviness, soft spots, or places where the stone’s natural structure resisted a perfectly even finish.

The crystal said, “This is as smooth as I’m getting,” and honestly, we respect the boundary.

🌀 Natural Fissures & Internal Fractures

Visible internal lines, feathering, fractures, or stress marks formed through pressure, cooling, and movement within the Earth.

These may look crack-like while remaining stable inside the stone. Any significant instability known to us will be disclosed in the listing.

💎 Inclusions, Veining & Color Variations

Mineral threads, clouds, banding, wisps, spots, color zoning, veining, and places where different minerals grew together.

These are not mistakes. They are the crystal’s autobiography.

🪵 Grooves, Divots & Growth Cavities

Natural openings, textured areas, indentations, or pockets created during formation or revealed during cutting and polishing.

🔨 Hand-Carving Characteristics

Slight asymmetry, tiny tool marks, polish variation, subtle differences in faces, wings, paws, horns, expressions, or details.

Hand-carved pieces are shaped by actual humans, not an army of unnervingly precise crystal robots.

These features are not considered damage or defects when they are visible in the photos, mentioned in the description, or naturally expected for that material.

🌙 Why These Features Matter

Natural inclusions, texture, veining, mineral pockets, and odd little quirks are proof that your crystal had a life before it arrived on your shelf.

It has survived pressure, movement, cutting, polishing, packing, and at least one postal sorting machine with questionable manners.

That history is part of the beauty.

If you are looking for flawless, identical, factory-made perfection, crystals may not be your universe.

🧿 Jewelry & Handmade Items

For hygiene, wear, and sizing reasons, all jewelry sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

• Change of mind

• Fit or style preference

• Incorrect size selection

• Normal wear after delivery

• Damage caused by pulling, overstretching, dropping, water, chemicals, improper storage, or general bracelet chaos

Please review all bracelet measurements, recommended wrist sizes, materials, and care instructions before purchasing.

A bracelet fitting differently than imagined is not considered a defect when the correct measurements were listed.

Your wrist and the measuring tape must communicate before checkout.

💥 Damaged During Shipping

We pack every order with care, sturdy materials, and enough cosmic cushioning to discourage unnecessary shipping drama.

Still, packages occasionally experience an adventure nobody approved.

If your item arrives broken, newly chipped, separated, or structurally damaged during transit, contact us at info@cosmicmooncrystals.com within 48 hours of the carrier-recorded delivery time.

Please include:

• Your name and order number

• Clear photos of the entire item

• Close-up photos of the damaged area

• Photos of the interior packaging

• Photos of every side of the shipping box

• A photo of the shipping label, if requested

Please keep the item, shipping box, and all packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed.

Do not throw away the evidence. The carrier may want to inspect the scene of the crystal crime.

Submitting photos does not automatically guarantee approval. We may compare the claim with listing photos, packing records, product descriptions, and documented natural characteristics.

🌙 What Counts as a True Defect?

A true defect is a significant structural or functional issue that:

• Was not disclosed in the listing

• Was not visible in the photos

• Is not a normal characteristic of the crystal or handmade process

• Significantly affects the item’s stability or intended use

Natural fissures, inclusions, pitting, veining, color differences, minor carving marks, polish variation, and disclosed surface features are not considered defects.

A new break, chip, separation, or structural issue caused during shipping may qualify for review.

In other words, geological personality is normal. A dragon arriving without its head is not.

✨ Approved Resolutions

If a damage or defect claim is approved, the resolution may include:

• A replacement, when available

• A refund to the original payment method when replacement is not possible

• Another appropriate solution based on the situation

Because many of our crystals are one of a kind, an identical replacement may not exist.

Mother Nature does not keep duplicate inventory in the back room.

Approved refunds will be submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to post the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and it has not appeared, please contact info@cosmicmooncrystals.com.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or included as part of an approved resolution.

🛑 What Is Not Eligible

Refunds, exchanges, or replacements will not be provided for:

• Change of mind

• Buyer’s remorse

• Natural crystal characteristics

• Features shown or disclosed before purchase

• Slight color differences caused by screens or lighting

• Incorrect size or variant selection

• Damage that occurs after delivery

• Dropping, scratching, stretching, submerging, improper cleaning, or misuse

• Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery

• Packages marked delivered but later lost or stolen

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Crystals are natural and wonderfully imperfect

• Handmade pieces may include subtle artisan characteristics

• You reviewed the photos, measurements, and description

• All sales are final except for approved damage or undisclosed defect claims

• Eligible claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
