Crystals are naturally formed over thousands to millions of years through heat, pressure, mineral layering, and geological movement. Because of this, no two crystals are ever identical, and natural characteristics are to be expected.

These features are not damage or defects — they are inherent to the crystal’s growth and formation.

Natural Crystal Features May Include:

🌑 Pitting – small surface pockets, pinholes, or indentations created as minerals formed and shifted during growth

🪨 Rough or uneven edges – including areas that remain raw or irregular, even on polished pieces

✨ Polish variation – matte, satin, or unevenly polished areas where the stone’s structure naturally resisted smoothing

🌀 Natural fissures, internal fractures, or stress lines – internal lines or cracks formed by pressure, cooling, or movement within the Earth
(These are stable and part of the crystal’s internal structure, not breaks or damage)

💎 Inclusions & veining – mineral threads, wisps, clouds, banding, color zoning, or visible veins where different minerals formed together

🪵 Divots, grooves, and growth cavities – natural surface openings created during crystal formation or where surrounding material detached

🔨 Minor chips or edge wear – particularly on points, carvings, raw edges, and naturally fragile areas, often unavoidable during cutting or polishing

🌍 Texture variation – natural ridges, grain, or uneven surfaces that reflect the stone’s original growth pattern

🌙 Why These Features Matter

These characteristics are signs of authenticity, not flaws. They tell the story of how the crystal formed and are evidence that the stone is natural — not factory-made or artificially perfected.

Crystals are shaped and polished in harmony with their natural structure, not forced into uniform perfection. Each piece retains the marks of time, pressure, and transformation that make it one of a kind.

🧿 Jewelry & Handmade Items

Our jewelry is handcrafted and energetically cleared. Due to hygiene, wear, and energetic considerations, all jewelry sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Fit preferences

  • Change of mind

  • Personal energy alignment

  • Wear after delivery

Please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.

🚚 Damaged or Defective Items (The Only Exception)

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a true structural defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Photos of the shipping box (if applicable)

Approved claims will receive:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • Refund to original payment source

Refunds will automatically be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
